Online Course Refund Policy

 

Our goal is to help you kickstart your speaking business. We want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course, sought feedback, and that the course still did not work for you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment plan option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being approved.

 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Scott Media, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

 

With respect to the purchase of FABB Public Speaking, you must request your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing support@inikscott.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below (based on the program you are requesting a refund for):

 

FABB Public Speaking

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:


Requirement 1: Complete all action items/milestones.

Requirement 2: Complete all sections and attach your Module 1 Worksheet and notes from your notebook, journal, etc. specific to the module.

 

Requirement 3: Complete and attach your Putting It All Together Worksheet, and notes from your notebook, journal, etc. specific to the module.

 

Requirement 4: Complete and attach your Module 2 Worksheet, and notes from your notebook, journal, etc. specific to the module.

 

Requirement 5: Complete and attach your Framework Worksheet (and notes from your notebook, journal, etc. specific to the module) along with screenshots of your completed action items posted in the community group, and any other posts you published in the community.

Requirement 6:  Proof that you completed 100% of the coursework.  This includes video lessons, required readings and coaching calls.

All refunds MUST fit the above guidelines in order to be issued.  No exceptions.
